This CD circle polished pattern is 2″ the circles are run in staggered rows every 1″. Over 2,300 individually polished circle combine to cover a sheet. This pattern can be used for nightclubs or column covers. Normally large sections of sheets are applied. Standard sheet size available is 48″x 96″. Material available in stainless steel or aluminum other metals available on request. Metal thickness is .030″ or .063″ other thicknesses are available.

Circle polished stainless steel sheet can be bent at 90°C without surface damage. After high temperature treatment at 200°C, the brightness and color pattern can be maintained well.
