Grand Metal can match different stainless steel materials according to different customer needs. The steel grades covered include 200 series, 300 series, and 400 series, including NO.1, 2E, 2B, 2BB, BA, NO.4, 6K, 8K and other surface finishes. In addition, in order to meet the individual needs of customers, we also provide customized 2BQ (stamping materials), 2BK (8K processing special materials), DDQ (deep drawing quality) and other special materials. Here are more customized stainless steel materials:
Conventional stainless steel refers to the standard and widely used grades of stainless steel that are commonly available and have a broad range of applications. These stainless steels are typically categorized into several series, with the most common ones being the 200series、300 series and the 400 series.
Standard and steel grade as bellow:

1 | 1.4372 | 201 | 201 | 201 | / |
2 | 1.4373 | 202 | 202 | 202 | / |

(Deep Draw Quality) DDQ stainless steel is a specific quality or condition of stainless steel that is particularly well-suited for deep drawing processes. Deep drawing is a manufacturing process in which flat sheet metal is stretched and formed into a three-dimensional shape, often with significant depth or height, such as cups, cans, or complex cylindrical or box-like structures.
Common grades of stainless steel that are often used for DDQ applications include 304DDQ and 316DDQ. These grades are modifications of the standard 304 and 316 stainless steels, specifically tailored for deep drawing operations.
Full hard stainless steel refers to a specific condition or tempered state of stainless steel that has been cold-rolled to achieve maximum hardness and strength. This condition is often referred to as "FH" or "full hard", of which the most representative steel grade is 301
301 Full Hard is an austenitic stainless steel which differs from other forms of 301 offered by United Performance Metals in that it has been cold rolled to its full hard condition. This increases the metal's attractiveness for forming and increases its fatigue life.
In addition, we can be customized according to the customer's hardness needs, as bellow:
Item | Grade | Condition | (Mpa) | Ksi | (Mpa) | %,min. |
1 | 301 | Annealed | (515) | 30 | (205) | 40 |
2 | 1/4 Hard | (862) | 75 | (517) | 25
3 | 1/2 Hard | (1034) | 110 | (758) | 18
4 | 3/4 Hard | (1207) | 135 | (931) | 12
5 | Full Hard | (1276) | 140 | (965) | 9 |
